Mark Aardsma loves owning and flying TBM #34. Professionally, he has founded software and manufacturing businesses, and now manages a venture capital firm. He tracks and researches new TBM accidents and incidents for TBMOPA, and has studied every TBM accident in its history. As a humble student of the mistakes pilots make, and as a lover of life, he takes the tragedy of each accident to heart. He advocates for voluntary adoption of professional flying practices by Part 91 owner-pilots.
