Camp Scholler VIP RVs
By far the best place to stay at Oshkosh is on the camp ground itself. This year again we will have a much expanded "TBM town".
TBMOPA has pre-booked a number of VIP RVs that are located on the show grounds itself. They have A/C, running water, plumbing etc and are an ideal way to get the best out of the show. They are available on a first come, first served basis for TBM owners.
All of the RVs are located between 35th and 37th streets at the fashionable (East) end of Camp Scholler, South of Schaick Road. You are about 200 yds from the closest entrance to the show. RVs are rented by the week. However every year a number of owners will split the week with another owner. Posting in the forum is the best way to work this out.
After June 1st, we cannot cancel the RVs that have already been booked so if you need to cancel after that date we can only do this if we can find another owner who wishes to take the RV. In addition, on June 1st, TBMOPA has to release any unbooked RVs back into the VIP pool. This means that after that point availability is very limited and the exact size you would like to rent may not be available. Please book as early as possible. To book an RV, please click on the "Registration " button below. Note: if you book an RV you do NOT need to book an RV parking slot. In the past we have been able to offer owners the option of bringing their own RV to the show. Unfortunately, this year we have simply run out of space and so that will not be possible.
The prices below include daily maintenance 24/7 with on site assistance and water supplied during the event as well as sewer disposal throughout the week. All camping credentials are included. The renter has unlimited financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle. The trailer shall be returned in the same condition as received. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. The use of the trailer awnings is prohibited and not part of this rental agreement. Rental units are for the entire week of AirVenture.
Note: Towels and bed sheets for the RV can be rented for the week. If however, you prefer to bring your own sheets and towels with you that is fine, let us know when you register. New! All rentals now include a Kitchen Package, Coffee Maker, Misc Paper Products, Bottled Water, Toaster and TV as well housekeeping every other day.
